Skyline Champion Corporation Announces Secondary Offering of 4,500,000 Shares of Common Stock by Selling Shareholders

ELKHART, Ind. & TROY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Skyline Champion Corporation (NYSE: SKY) (the “Company”) today announced that certain of its shareholders (the “Selling Shareholders”) intend to offer for sale 4,500,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to the Company’s shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). In addition, the Selling Shareholders expect to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares from the Selling Shareholders. The shares will be offered from time to time for sale in one or more transactions on the New York Stock Exchange, in the over-the-counter market, through negotiated transactions or otherwise at market prices prevailing at the time of sale, at prices related to prevailing market prices or at negotiated prices.

The Selling Shareholders will receive all of the net proceeds from this offering. No shares are being sold by the Company.

Morgan Stanley is acting as the sole underwriter for the offering.
